Submission Guidelines
Author Submission Guidelines
MANUSCRIPT CONTENT AND STANDARDS
Millennial Press & Distribution strives to enhance lives by providing uplifting works to the public.
Our
company upholds Latter-day Saint values and standards and looks for works that will encourage
these same values and standards in its readership. Although most of our products focus on LDS
doctrine and history, we have published and will continue to publish other inspirational works that
meet our criteria. We accept (for consideration): non-fiction, academic works, doctrinal works,
historical works, self-help, and compilations.
Millennial Press & Distribution employs the following guidelines in reviewing and selecting
manuscripts for
publication:
Submission Guidelines
Please submit the following via email to: submissions@millennialpress.com
(Word Documents Preferred)
One Page Cover Letter
• Your Name, Address, Telephone Number, and e-mail address
• A paragraph detailing the following:
• The category or categories you feel your book fits into. (i.e historical fiction, art, biography, etc.)
• The target audience for whom you wrote the book.
• Any ideas you have for promoting your own book (firesides, story times, events, etc.)
One Page Abstract
• A descriptive synopsis of your work
The First Chapter of Your Book
This abstract will be reviewed based on the following criteria:
Content
Writing Ability (and style)
Marketability
How well it fits into our product line-up
We look forward to reviewing your manuscript or product, and wish you the best.
